Thereare nine flowers you can collect and only one is found in each realm. Once you collect them all, the favour Nine Realms in Bloom will be completed and this trophy will be unlocked. All flower locations are mentioned in the Collectible Guide but you can also find all the specific locations for the flowers below.
Thereis a simple solution to that. Seeing as there are 10 autosave slots, make sure you have a point before story completion that you are able to go back to. Anyone who hunts trophies in a free-roam game should know to use multiple slots, or back-up saves, anyway. There's a trophy glitch in Mad Max.
Thereare 3 endings. Generaly everything is missable in Dark Souls, you kill the wrong NPC, unadivertedly use a boss soul for a weapon (or do it on purpose), forget to talk to a specific NPC and you miss a miracle, a spell, a ring or something. It doesnt realy matter tough as you have to play the game more than once anyone.Nomissable trophies. I can't remember the hidden trophies but if you click on them and hit square it should un-hide the description. The hidden trophies should be story related stuff and watching Parody Mode and unlocking all the termibal disc stuff.
